Inbox rotation
Inbox rotation spreads one campaign over several mailboxes, so no single mailbox sends more than its daily limit.
Inbox rotation means that a campaign does not send from one mailbox only. The campaign has a pool of sender mailboxes, and the tool chooses which one sends each message. This lets you reach a large total volume while each mailbox sends a modest number.
It also reduces risk. If one mailbox runs into trouble, such as a block or a poor reputation, the others keep going and the damage is smaller. For the best result, the mailboxes should sit on different domains, and each one needs its own authentication and warmup.
A good rotation takes the remaining daily budget of each mailbox into account, not only a simple turn-by-turn order. A new mailbox should not send as much as an old one. Follow-ups usually look best when they come from the same mailbox as the first email, so the thread makes sense. Check the sender names and signatures, so rotating does not make your campaign look confusing.
In Terlido
Terlido picks the sender for each Outreach message from the campaign's mailboxes, weighted by how much daily budget each one has left after warmup and earlier sends that day.
