Data Processing Agreement

1. Parties and scope

Doteli LLC, 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, is the processor. You, the customer, are the controller. The agreement covers the personal data you put into Terlido: Outreach contacts, Sendlido subscribers, and mailbox content.

2. Details of processing

• Subject and purpose: hosting, sending through your mailboxes, open and click tracking, and reports.
• Duration: the term of your account. After you ask us to delete the account we delete your workspace data within 30 days, and backups roll off within a further 30 days.
• Data categories: email address, name, custom fields, consent records (including the IP address and browser user agent at opt-in), and engagement events.
• Data subjects: your subscribers, your prospects, and your users.

3. Processor duties

We will:

• process the data only on your instructions;
• keep our staff who handle the data bound by confidentiality;
• protect the data with security measures that include AES-256-GCM encryption of credentials and TLS for traffic to the application;
• help you answer requests from data subjects;
• tell you without undue delay if a breach affects your data;
• delete the data at the end of the agreement;
• give you the information needed to show that we meet these duties.

4. Sub-processors

• Amazon Web Services: application hosting and the database.
• Microsoft Azure: Blob storage where enabled, and Azure AI Foundry for AI features.
• Google Firebase Authentication: account sign-in only.
• Stripe: billing, with account data only.
• Resend: system emails to your team, such as invitations, alerts and inbox digests.
• PageDuel: product analytics, with usage events and no subscriber content.
• Unipile: LinkedIn messaging for Outreach, while you have it connected.

The mail providers you connect (Microsoft 365, Google, or your own SMTP service or email provider) are chosen and contracted by you. Optional Outreach integrations receive data only while you have them enabled. We announce changes to this list on this page.

5. International transfers

We process data in the United States.

6. Liability

Liability under this agreement is as set out in the Terms of Service.
