Terms of Service

1. The service

Terlido is a sales outreach platform. It sends email sequences from mailboxes you connect, warms those mailboxes to protect deliverability, tracks engagement, and manages the replies that come back. We provide it on a subscription basis and may change or improve features over time.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the conduct of anyone you invite into your workspace. Tell us promptly at hi@terlido.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

Terlido is built for legitimate business-to-business outreach. You agree not to use it to:

• send unsolicited bulk email in violation of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR, CASL, or any other applicable law;
• send to purchased, scraped, or otherwise non-consented consumer lists;
• send content that is deceptive, fraudulent, phishing, malware-bearing, harassing, or unlawful;
• forge headers, disguise the origin of a message, or omit a working unsubscribe mechanism;
• evade a recipient’s opt-out, or re-add a suppressed address;
• resell, sublicense, or provide the service to a third party without our written agreement;
• reverse engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product;
• circumvent rate limits, sending caps, or any technical protection we put in place.

Our Anti-Spam Policy forms part of these terms. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches it, without refund, and we may do so immediately where a breach threatens the deliverability of other customers.

4. Your content and data

You keep ownership of the leads, templates, and message content you bring to Terlido. You grant us the licence we need to host, process, and transmit that content in order to run the service for you. You represent that you have a lawful basis to contact the people you upload and to process their data.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your workspace settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice before it applies to your next renewal.

Usage-based charges — such as enrichment credits — are billed as consumed and are non-refundable once used.

6. Availability

We work to keep Terlido available and running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may take the platform down for maintenance, and we depend on third parties — notably Google and your email providers — whose outages are outside our control. Email delivery depends on receiving mail servers we do not operate, and we cannot guarantee inbox placement, open rates, or reply rates.

7. Termination

You may stop using Terlido and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, non-payment, or where required by law. On termination your data is deleted on the schedule described in the Privacy Policy — export anything you want to keep before you close the account.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doteli LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Doteli LLC harmless from claims, damages, and costs arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these terms — including claims brought by people you contacted through Terlido.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We will update the date above, and for material changes we will notify account owners by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Terlido after a change means you accept the revised terms.
