Daily sending limit
A daily sending limit is the most emails one mailbox should send in a day, set by the provider's rules and by what is safe for its reputation.
There are two limits. The first is a hard limit set by your mailbox provider. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 publish daily caps for sent messages and recipients, and they can change, so read the current documentation. If you pass the cap, sending is blocked for a time.
The second is a safe limit, and it is much lower. A mailbox that suddenly sends hundreds of cold emails looks like abuse to receiving providers. Many cold senders keep each mailbox to a few dozen cold emails a day, and raise it slowly on a warmed-up mailbox. New mailboxes start lower still.
Do not reach a big total by pushing one mailbox. Use more mailboxes on more domains, each with a modest limit. Count all mail the mailbox sends, including warmup and replies, because they all use the same allowance. Watch bounces and replies as volume rises, and step back if they get worse.
In Terlido
Each Terlido mailbox has a daily volume setting, 40 by default. While warmup is on, the warmup ramp keeps the daily total below that setting, and with warmup off the setting is the limit from day one.
