Best cold email agencies in 2026: 7 compared by price and service

Seven cold email and outbound agencies compared: what each one does, who it serves, how it prices, and how to pick one or run cold email yourself.

A cold email agency runs outbound email for you: it builds the lead list, sets up and warms separate sending domains, writes the emails, sends them and hands you the replies or booked meetings. This list compares seven agencies that do this work. Every price and detail below comes from the agency's own website, checked in November 2026. Prices change, so confirm them on the agency's site before you sign anything.

If you would rather run cold email yourself, the last section explains what that takes and when it makes more sense than hiring an agency.

1. OutreachBloom

OutreachBloom is a fully managed cold email agency. It builds your lead list, sets up and warms dedicated sending domains and inboxes (with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and never on your main domain), writes the messaging for your approval, A/B tests it, handles replies and books meetings on your calendar. It also offers LinkedIn outreach, Reddit marketing and AI SEO.

Best for: B2B SaaS and B2B services companies with about 10 to 200 employees, plus agencies and professional services firms. Its site says it is not a fit for B2C, local consumer businesses or cheap self-serve products.

Price: cold email outreach starts at $2,400 a month and covers 10,000 to 100,000 B2B contacts emailed per month. LinkedIn outreach is $1,000 a month. It is a flat monthly rate, month to month, with no long-term contract.

Worth knowing: the site says you need about an hour a month: one kickoff call, approving the messaging, then taking over the qualified replies. Launch takes a few weeks, and you get a plain-English monthly report instead of a dashboard. It is one of the few agencies here with a public starting price, which makes it easy to budget.

2. Belkins

Belkins is a B2B appointment setting agency that works across cold email, cold calling, voicemail, SMS and WhatsApp, LinkedIn and paid ads. It also offers outsourced SDRs, deliverability consulting and lead research. Each client team has an account manager, an SDR, a lead researcher, a copywriter and an email specialist who sets up domains and warms mailboxes.

Best for: B2B companies that want many channels run by one team. Its site says it works across more than 50 industries.

Price: custom quote.

Worth knowing: the site says campaigns launch in the first 14 days and first appointments start within the next 30 days. Founded in 2017, with offices in the United States and the UK.

3. Martal Group

Martal Group runs outbound lead generation and appointment setting through cold email, LinkedIn and cold calling, done by onshore SDRs and sales executives. It also offers sales outsourcing and inbound lead generation.

Best for: B2B tech companies such as SaaS, managed service providers, cybersecurity and fintech, from startups to large enterprises.

Price: custom quote. Its outbound tier is a flat monthly fee that starts with a 3-month pilot campaign; the higher tiers add a sales commission and a 4-month pilot.

Worth knowing: each sales executive gets a custom sending domain managed by its deliverability specialists, and it offers a free hand-picked lead sample before you commit.

4. CIENCE

CIENCE, now part of graph8, is an SDR-led outbound agency. Its SDRs call, email and message on LinkedIn, and it builds and verifies contact lists in-house. It also has a dedicated cold email offer.

Best for: B2B sales teams that want one person to reach a buyer by phone, email and LinkedIn.

Price: the campaign team is $2,000 a month and the graph8 platform is $499 a month. SDRs start at $1,750 a month offshore or $3,500 a month in the US or Europe, each. A one-time setup fee and a bonus per held meeting come on top. It is month to month.

Worth knowing: the site says campaigns go live in under 14 days and that reporting is on held meetings, not on calls dialed.

5. SalesHive

SalesHive offers managed outbound with US-based SDRs: cold calling with its own power dialer, personalized cold email, verified list building and appointment setting. An offshore SDR option is also available.

Best for: B2B teams in software, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing and professional services.

Price: custom quote. Plans are Starter (phone only), Growth (phone and email) and Crush (two SDRs), each as one flat monthly fee that covers the SDRs, strategist, data and tools, with no setup fee. Month to month or annual.

Worth knowing: the site says you pay nothing until you approve everything for launch, and it states openly that it does not guarantee meetings. Founded in 2016.

6. Leadium

Leadium is a full-service appointment setting agency working across email, phone, LinkedIn, SMS and gifting, using contact data that people source and check by hand. It also handles inbound lead qualification and email deliverability setup.

Best for: B2B companies in fields such as cybersecurity, SaaS, logistics and marketing services, from startups to enterprise.

Price: custom quote. All contracts are month to month.

Worth knowing: the site says appointment setting campaigns launch in 7 to 10 days, and new clients start on the 1st or the 15th of the month.

7. Callbox

Callbox runs outsourced B2B lead generation and appointment setting as one coordinated campaign across email, LinkedIn and phone. It also offers SDR outsourcing, account-based marketing and lead generation in other countries.

Best for: B2B companies selling into several markets. It lists offices in the US, UK, Australia and Asia.

Price: its site shows an estimate of $6,667 a month for one campaign pod (a dedicated SDR plus a campaign manager for one market or buyer type), with the exact price given after a consultation.

Worth knowing: Callbox has been around since 2004, the longest of the agencies on this list.

How to choose a cold email agency

  • Channels: decide if you want cold email only or email plus calls and LinkedIn. Email-first agencies are usually simpler and cheaper; multichannel teams cost more but reach people who ignore email.
  • Sending domains: ask where the email is sent from. A good agency sends from separate, warmed domains, never your main company domain, so a bad week cannot hurt your normal email.
  • Price model: flat monthly fee, fee plus a bonus per meeting, or per-SDR pricing. Ask what is included: data, tools, copywriting and setup.
  • Contract: prefer month to month, or a short pilot, until you have seen real replies.
  • Ownership: ask who owns the domains, inboxes and lead lists if you leave.
  • Proof: ask for references in your own industry, and be careful with any agency that promises a fixed number of meetings.

When to run cold email yourself instead

An agency makes sense when you have budget and no time. If you have a clear offer, a small list and a few hours a week, you can run cold email yourself for much less. You need separate sending mailboxes, warmup, a short sequence of emails, sensible daily limits and a way to stop when people reply.

Terlido Outreach is built for that: it sends cold email from your own mailboxes, with warmup free on every plan, campaigns with threaded follow-ups and one inbox for replies. There is a free plan, and Email Pro is $39 a month per seat. Our guides on how many follow-ups to send and how warmup and campaigns share one send budget cover the basics. Before you start, check your sending domain with the free domain checker.
