An honest Reply.io alternative

Reply.io is a sales engagement platform with email, LinkedIn automation, calls and SMS, an AI SDR called Jason AI and an agency version. Terlido covers email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn tasks and calls with a person on the line, and is built for outbound agencies running client campaigns. Here is an honest look at both.

Pricing, as of October 2026

Reply.io sells an Email Volume plan priced by active contacts a month, a per-user Multichannel plan, an AI SDR priced by active contacts, and an agency plan. Annual billing is cheaper. On the email plan, LinkedIn automation ($69 a month per account) and calls and SMS ($29 a month per account) are add-ons.

Where Reply.io is stronger

  • Automated LinkedIn steps, SMS and a built-in dialer. Terlido does not automate LinkedIn accounts and has no SMS and no auto-dialer.
  • An AI SDR (Jason AI) that finds contacts and runs outreach for you, from $500 a month. Terlido has no AI SDR service.
  • Unlimited mailboxes on the Email Volume and Agency Core plans. Terlido caps mailboxes per workspace on Email Pro (5) and Multichannel (15); only Agency is unlimited.
  • Live B2B contact data (50 credits a month included) and CRM integrations with Salesforce, Pipedrive and more. Terlido has no contact database and syncs with HubSpot only.

Where Terlido is stronger

  • WhatsApp messages send on their own on the Multichannel plan. Reply.io lists WhatsApp as semi-automated.
  • Warmup and campaign email share one enforced daily send budget per mailbox, and a mailbox that starts landing in spam stops sending campaigns on its own.
  • A Free plan with warmup on one mailbox that never expires.
  • An MCP server for AI agents where your approval is bound to one version of a campaign. If the copy, senders, schedule or audience change after you approve, the launch fails.

Who Terlido is for

For: Outbound agencies that run cold email campaigns for clients: a workspace per client, a few warmed mailboxes per client, and a person who reads the replies.

Not a fit:

  • Bought or scraped lists sent at volume.
  • 10,000 emails a day from a domain registered last week.
  • Teams looking for SMS or an auto-dialer. Terlido has neither.

More on who Terlido is for

Which one should you pick?

Pick Reply.io if: You want LinkedIn automation, SMS or a dialer, or want to hand outreach to an AI SDR.

Pick Terlido if: You run an outbound agency and want client workspaces, WhatsApp steps that send on their own, and a person in the loop for LinkedIn and calls.

Terlido is new and has no customer logos or reply-rate numbers to show you. The fastest way to judge it is to connect a spare mailbox on the Free plan and watch warmup and the domain checks.
