Sendlido Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated October 16, 2026

Sendlido sends newsletters from mailboxes you connect. A newsletter goes to people who asked for it. This policy sets that rule and says how we enforce it.

1. Scope

This policy covers every newsletter sent with Sendlido and forms part of the Terms of Service. The Anti-Spam Policy still covers Outreach. For newsletters a legitimate business reason to contact someone is not enough. Consent is required.

A person becomes a subscriber only through one of these:

  • a hosted or embedded signup form with double opt-in;
  • a magic link;
  • an API or MCP call that carries a consent source;
  • an import for which you state the consent source.

You must be able to show when and how each person opted in.

3. What is not allowed

  • Purchased, rented, traded, scraped or appended lists.
  • Turning Outreach leads or prospects into subscribers. A reply, a conversion or an Outreach import is not consent.
  • Re-adding someone who unsubscribed.
  • Hiding or breaking the unsubscribe link.
  • A misleading sender name or subject line.
  • Anything on the prohibited content list in section 2 of the Anti-Spam Policy: phishing, malware, cryptocurrency scams, adult content, or anything unlawful.

4. Unsubscribes and suppression

Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe, a preference link and your postal address. These cannot be removed. An unsubscribe affects only that publication. A hard bounce, or an address imported as bounced or marked as spam, suppresses the address in the whole workspace, in both Outreach and Sendlido.

5. Your mailbox, your provider

You send through your own mailbox, so the terms and sending limits of your mail provider also apply to you.

6. How we enforce this

Where sending puts other senders or the platform at risk, we may throttle it, pause it, or suspend the account. We usually contact you first. Where a breach is serious we may act at once and without notice.

7. Reporting abuse

If you received a newsletter sent with Sendlido that breaks this policy, write to hi@terlido.com. Include the full message with headers where you can.
